Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3-4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp dried basil or Italian seasoning
1/2 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
Salt & black pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the Salmon:

Pat the fillets dry using a paper towel.
Season them evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your preference.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
