Detox Green Juice Recipe
✅ Ingredients:
1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
1 green apple (chopped)
1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)
1–2 tablespoons fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
Juice of 1 lime (or 1 lemon)
1–2 cups water (adjust for desired consistency)
(Optional: a few mint leaves for extra freshness)
🧃 Instructions:
1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
2. Add cucumber, apple, pineapple, and ginger to a blender.
3. Pour in the lime juice and water.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Strain (optional) for a smoother texture.
6. Serve cold or over ice.
