Here’s how you can make the Lipton, Clove, and Ginger Tea, an effective natural remedy for relieving stomach pain and bloating:

✅ Ingredients:

1 Lipton tea bag (black tea or green tea)

4–5 whole cloves

4–5 slices of fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)

1½ cups water

Optional: honey or lemon to taste

✅ Instructions:

1. Boil water: In a small pot, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.

2. Add cloves and ginger: Once boiling, add the sliced ginger and cloves. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes.

3. Add Lipton tea: Turn off the heat, then add the Lipton tea bag. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
